The proceedings within the Empyrean are shrouded in secrecy from human knowledge. It’s understood, however, that the Empyrean honoured Andarna’s right of benefaction when she chose to bond with Violet, despite Andarna being a feathertail. This privilege was accorded to Andarna as she was the most senior in her den and belonged to the seventh dragon lineage, thus qualifying as a member of the Empyrean.
