The parapet is a stone bridge that connects the main building which houses the Healer Quadrant, the Scribe Quadrant and the Infantry Quadrant to the Riders Qudrant.

The parapet is roughly eighteen inches wide, two hundred feet aboveground. It’s made from uneven stones held together by mortar. Every candidate for the Rider Quadrant must successfully cross the parapet before officially becoming a cadet and thus part of the Basgiath War College. Approximately 15% of the candidates never make it to the other side.
