I’m wondering if people have any favorites that they read and re-read, books that you love and wonder why they’re not more popular! Hidden Gems! What’s yours?

Mine would have to be “Ash” by Melinda Lo. As a lesbian, growing up I was eager to find books about love stories with two women main characters. I’m currently writing my own! I’d found books featuring men, but never the ladies! And if anything, they were unimportant side characters. When I found “Ash” I fell in love with it. The story-line was beautiful, and I loved that it was a fae fantasy.

Another great is “Howl’s Moving Castle” by Dianne Wynn Jones.– though I think this one actually is pretty popular, as it’s also a movie. The beautiful storyline and fantasy world writing is an amazing read and really threw me into the story.

These are two of my favorite re-reads, and I’d love to hear from others what their go-to’s are as well!

I think Jonathan Stroud in generall is really good, all of hos series are fantastic, Lockwood and Co esspecially (but i think that one is pretty well known). Scarlett and Browne is great and Bartimaeus is one of the best main characters ever!

Daughter of the Moon godess is a great book and book two in the series just came out!

I probably know more underrated books but i cant remember them right now!
